Static electricity includes the impact of "2015 Symposium on the use of rubber and plastic and innovative materials in automobiles", "2015 Symposium on the use of rubber and plastic and innovative materials in electronic product design" and "2015 Symposium on the use of rubber and plastic and innovative materials in medical products" on printing quality
1 Affect the printing quality of products
first of all, the surface of the substrate is charged, such as paper, polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, etc. they will also display the vacuum value to absorb paper scraps or float in the air with a large amount of dust, impurities, etc., which will affect the transfer of ink, make the printed matter scratchy, etc., resulting in the decline of the quality of the printed matter
secondly, make the ink charged. If charged ink is discharged during movement, electrostatic ink spots may appear on the printed matter, which looks like the activity of the ink is not good and the inking is uneven. This situation often occurs in hierarchical thin plate printing. In field printing, if the charged ink discharges on the edge of the printed matter, it is easy to have ink whiskers on the edge
2. Impact on safe production
in the printing process, due to the high-speed lubrication, friction is reduced in all kinds of conventional plastic granulator equipment that are most widely used. Peeling will produce high static electricity. When static electricity accumulates, it will easily lead to air discharge, causing electric shock or fire. When the voltage is very high, the charged ink may cause the ink and solvent to catch fire, or shock the staff through the ink, directly threatening the safety of the operators
